Technology

Proven biology. Precision engineering.

We are technology-agnostic. For each project we select the digestion, purification and upgrading systems that best match your feedstock, scale and offtake.

Process flow

Seven stages from waste to fuel

Each stage is engineered, instrumented and monitored so the plant delivers consistent gas quality, 24 hours a day.

01

Feedstock reception & storage

Weighbridge, covered storage and silage pits keep a steady supply through the seasons. Paddy straw is baled and stacked; press mud and dung are stored to limit losses.

02

Pre-treatment

Shredding, grinding and thermal or biological hydrolysis break down lignocellulose, increasing gas yield and cutting retention time.

03

Anaerobic digestion

Mesophilic CSTR digesters with top-entry agitators and heating loops convert organics into raw biogas over 25–40 days of retention.

04

Gas cleaning

Biological or chemical scrubbers remove hydrogen sulphide; chillers and dryers strip moisture before upgrading.

05

Upgrading to bio-methane

CO₂ is separated to raise methane to 95%+. We specify VPSA, membrane or pressurised water scrubbing based on capacity and power cost.

06

Compression & dispatch

Multi-stage compressors raise bio-methane to 250 bar for cascade filling, or deliver it directly to CGD networks and retail outlets.

Digestate to organic manure

Screw presses separate digestate into solid FOM and liquid LFOM — a valuable organic fertiliser sold back to the farming community.

Feedstock expertise

Designed around what you have

Paddy straw

Pre-treatment and long-retention digesters for high-lignin agri residue. Cuts stubble burning.

Press mud

Sugar-mill by-product with high gas potential and seasonal storage planning.

Cattle dung

Stable, low-cost feed for dairies and gaushalas, often co-digested with residue.

Municipal solid waste

Segregation, de-gritting and robust digesters for urban organic fractions.

Digital operations

Every plant, monitored in real time

PLC/SCADA automation with remote access lets our central operations team track biology, gas quality and equipment health across every site we run.

  • Live dashboards for yield, purity, energy and uptime
  • Alarm management with escalation to on-call engineers
  • Predictive maintenance based on equipment run-hours and vibration
  • Automated daily and monthly reports for owners and lenders
